The fitting of Studwise Wearstuds and Fastuds is by the process of Arc Fusion Welding using DC power from transformer-rectifiers plugged into workshop power. For maximum portability, a diesel-driven generator is used. Solid-state circuitry provides the automatic weld timing amperage control.
Purpose built and hard wired for applying our range of Wear Resistant Studs and FASTUDS in rugged mining conditions(no sensitive computer parts)
